The Cocoon Teacher Training Program is a course that is easily the best introduction into Early Child Care and Education. Through 6 months of intense discussions, learning, hands on experience, and reflections, the participants are introduced to a variety of topics that help them to understand and teach children between the ages of 2-5. They then put theory to practice at the Cocoon day care and preschool centers across Navi Mumbai where they get to observe and work with children directly implementing what was learnt.

Project based assessment of learning helps the participants to truly showcase their understanding and also work in groups simulating classroom learning situations.

The program also includes capsule training for moms to be and new moms. To make it easier for people across India to avail the benefits of CTT, it will be available online as well. This will include 120 hrs of intensive online training. 30 hours of Internship at any Cocoon centers will also be available for those interested.
